Temps to steadily drop in the metro

Temperatures are expected to steadily drop during the next few days in the metro.

Chief Morning Meteorologist Ken Barlow said temperatures were expected to be in the low 20s Thursday, dropping to mid-teens Friday, and hovering in the single digits Saturday.

Barlow said cold air will push into the state starting Thursday to contribute to that temperature drop. He added Saturday and Sunday could deliver the first below-zero temperatures of this winter season.
