Sunny, Cold Thursday Expected in the Metro

Thursday is going to be sunny and cold in the Twin Cities, KSTP Chief Morning Meteorologist Ken Barlow said.

Barlow said temperatures Thursday are expected to be slightly below average for this time of year.

Normally, temperatures are around 37 or 38 degrees, Barlow said, but Wednesday, temperatures hit a high of only 29 degrees. Barlow said to expect more of the same Thursday.

Looking ahead, clouds are expected to move in Friday and a chance of light snow or a rain-snow mix is possible Saturday.
