After setting the snowfall record for February with Wednesday's approximately nine inches in the metro, we'll see more sunshine on Thursday.

But another snowstorm is headed our way.

The high temperature will climb back into the mid-20s Thursday, and we won't have to deal with more snow.

However, if the nearly 32 inches of snow we've gotten so far this month isn't enough for you, KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl says we'll get more this weekend.

Dahl said our next chance for more snow will roll in on Friday and last all day Saturday and into Sunday. So, if you're planning on traveling anywhere over the weekend, you'll want to check the latest forecast before you head out.

In the meantime, many snow emergencies will still be in effect over the next day or two, and driving conditions on many side streets are likely to remain difficult.
