Sun Expected to Return Wednesday

March 06, 2018 10:27 PM

After snowfall and plenty of cloud coverage Monday and Tuesday, the sun is expected to return Wednesday.

With the sunny sky, temperatures are expected to reach the high 20s. KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl said because of the recent snowfall, temperatures will be cooler than average.

Because of lower temperatures overnight, Dahl said, there could be a slight refreeze on the roads. However, he expects a mostly normal morning commute.

The sun is expected to stick around Thursday and Friday, and temperatures are expected to be in the 30s.

There is  slight chance for snow over the weekend, however Dahl said he does not expect much.
