Snow Continues Overnight; Saturday Should Melt It

KSTP Meteorologist Jonathan Yuhas says Twin Cities residents can expect snowflakes Friday night.

Yuhas said snow is expected from 8 p.m. Friday to 4 a.m. Saturday. Accumulations are expected to be around an inch in the metro, while St. Cloud, Cambridge and Amery, Wisconsin, are expected to see up to 2 inches.

Whatever falls may not be around for long. Temperatures are expected to rise Saturday, reaching 40 degrees.

Warm temperatures will bring highs in the 30s on Sunday, 40s on Monday and 50s on Tuesday.
