Snow expected to accumulate overnight into Wednesday

Get ready for some snow Tuesday night. A one-inch coating in the Twin Cities is expected, according to KSTP Meteorologist Wren Clair.

Clair said it is forecast to be unseasonably cold the next two weeks. 


There is a winter weather advisory for southern Minnesota and southern Wisconsin Tuesday night into Wednesday morning with the possibility of 2 to 3 inches of snow.

Wednesday will have some light morning snow with a high of 33 degrees and a low of 17 degrees. 

The weekend is expected to have some light snow and rain showers.
