Slightly warmer weather expected Thursday

More pleasant, but cool weather is on the docket for Thursday. 

KSTP Meteorologist Wren Clair says Thursday's forecast looks quite similar to how Wednesday played out, except slightly warmer.

The high on Thursday is expected to be 73 degrees in the Twin Cities.

Clair said the weather will continue to warm up heading into Friday, with a small chance for rain later that night. Temperatures will reach the 80s, according to Clair. 

Saturday and Sunday could feature some scattered showers around the state. But Clair said there will be plenty of sunshine as well, with highs projected in the 70s.
