Slightly Cooler Temperatures Expected Tuesday with More Clouds

April 23, 2018 10:41 PM

Minnesotans across the state experienced warmer temperatures the last few days, but KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl said a slight cool-down will occur Tuesday.

Lows for overnight will be in the low 40's, which Dahl said is reasonably warm. Highs will be around 58 degrees Tuesday in the Twin Cities.

Some isolated and light showers could arise later in the day Tuesday, but there is only a 20 percent chance of precipitation, according to Dahl.

The cool-front will swing through around 6 p.m. Tuesday.

Dahl said another chance for showers could come Thursday as well, but the weekend will dry out with temperatures in the high 60's to low 70's.
