Those running the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon may run into unfriendly weather, according to KSTP Meteorologist Jonathan Yuhas.

Yuhas says there is a chance for showers Sunday morning, with thunderstorms coming into the area in the afternoon and evening. After the storms taper off, showers will continue through the evening.

Isolated thunderstorms may continue into Monday morning, according to Yuhas.

Temperatures Sunday are expected to range from the mid 50s to the mid 60s, along with a 15 to 25 mph breeze.
