Patchy Fog to Make Way for Sunny Afternoon in the Metro

Twin Cities residents likely woke up to patchy fog Tuesday morning but can expect to see the sun by the afternoon.

KSTP Chief Morning Meteorologist Ken Barlow said clouds were expected to clear by noon and temperatures were expected to rise into the high 70s, low 80s by mid-afternoon.

Barlow added there is a slight chance of an isolated shower Tuesday afternoon.

Looking ahead, Barlow said Wednesday is expected to be sunny with low humidity and Thursday is expected to be mostly dry with thunderstorms possible by the evening.
