Partly sunny Monday, midweek rain likely

April 14, 2019 10:19 PM

After a chilly Sunday evening, we'll finally make it into the 50s again on Monday as we see mostly cloudy skies to start the week.

That may bring some light rain that is likely to move north of the Twin Cities, KSTP Meteorologist Nicole Mitchell says.

Mitchell says Monday will be mild, with a few more clouds.

Tuesday will be warmer yet, and may be as high as the low 60s, before that rain moves in Wednesday.

There is a slight chance for rain on Tuesday, which will set up Wednesday, and Thursday downpours. Temperatures may drop Thursday and Friday, but things will start to look up on Saturday and Sunday as the potential highs approach 60 degrees.
