Mostly Cloudy Monday Could Bring Storms to Twin Cities

The Twin Cities could see storms Monday, according to KSTP Meteorologist Nicole Mitchell.

It will be mostly cloudy for the better part of the day, but storms could move in late. The high will be 79.

There's an even greater chance for storms Monday night, Mitchell said.

Tuesday is expected to be another rainy one, with showers and scattered thunderstorms possible.

After that though, the Twin Cities will get a break from the rain and a stretch of warmer weather. Temperatures later in the week are expected to hover around the mid-80s, possibly reaching as high as 90.
