It was a mostly unpleasant weekend for many across the state, but weather will be better Monday.

KSTP Meteorologist Jonathan Yuhas said a frost advisory was in place for parts of Minnesota overnight Sunday into Monday, but temps will climb and the day will turn out pretty nice to start the work week.

Yuhas said Monday looks like it'll be mostly sunny with temperatures climbing into the mid-60s.

After a chance for some storms Tuesday and Wednesday morning, temperatures will climb into the mid-70s with more sunshine, although a few more chances for rain and storms will pop up late in the week.
