Monday begins a week-long warm-up

Minnesota is almost through this stretch of messy storms that has brought cold, wind and moisture according to KSTP meteorologist Nicole Mitchell. 

Sunday night will bring light winds with a high of 33 degrees before the warm up begins.

Monday will have a high of 48 degrees with partial sun throughout the day and light train possible after midnight. 

The real heat is expected to come Friday and Saturday when the high temperature is forecast to hit 62 degrees.
