Mild Weather Expected Wednesday, Rain to Come Thursday

After a cloudy day Tuesday, Minnesotans will be able to enjoy warm weather and sun on Wednesday.

According to KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl, Wednesday is expected to sunny, with temperatures reaching the mid-60s. 


Temperatures are expected to reach the mid-60s again Thursday, however, there is a chance for rain. 

Dahl expected the temperatures to be in the 60s again Friday and Saturday before they reach the 70s Sunday and Monday. 

Dahl also noted that rivers and streams in the state are running slightly higher due to melting snow. 

There are currently multiple flood warnings along the Minnesota River. On Tuesday, Dakota County closed the Minnesota River Greenway due to flooding.
