Mostly sunny Sunday with mild temperatures

After a night of storms, Sunday is looking sunny and mild. The storms dropped 1.74 inches of rain on the Twin Cities, making 2019 the 2nd wettest year on record up to this point. 


KSTP Meteorologist Sam Ryan forecasts decreasing cloud cover as the day goes on that will coincide with lowered humidity. 

The temperature is expected to hit 78 degrees with a low of 57 during the nighttime hours. 

As the week goes on, temperatures will slowly increase into the mid-80s.
