We can expect another day of brutal cold on Wednesday, but the subzero temps should abate later in the day.
KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl said a wind chill advisory will continue to be in effect until noon, with wind chill readings in the -15 to -25 range. That dips down to -30 to -35 as you go north.

Warmer air will start to flow through Wednesday evening, bringing some snow with it starting Thursday morning, Dahl said. That will make for another rough morning commute, even though we're only in line for 1 or 2 inches.
Temperatures will finally rise back into the 20s by Thursday afternoon.
