Clouds make way for sunny sky Wednesday

A few scattered showers are expected to arrive in eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin Wednesday.

However, clouds will disperse and most areas in the state will feature some sunny skies during the day, according to KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl.

The temperature will remain below average for the season on Wednesday, only reaching up to 48 degrees in the Twin Cities.

Dahl says Thursday is the cream of the crop of the week weather-wise, with clear skies and temperatures reaching the upper 50s.

Friday going into the weekend, temperatures will hover around the low 60s for highs with a bigger chance for rain on Sunday.
