Thursday may bring a chance for afternoon showers in the Twin Cities.
But KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl said the rain will not be enough to cause any serious flooding concerns. And it will set the stage for a weekend warmup.
After a high of 48 degrees Thursday, Dahl said the high Friday is expected to be around 62 as clouds give way to sunshine as the day goes on. Saturday is expected to bring showers, but a high of 66.
There is again a chance of showers Sunday when the high is expected to be around 65.
