New Year's Eve will be one to remember, as it is the coldest day of 2017.
KSTP Meteroologist Jonathan Yuhas said the midnight temperature will be -12 degrees with a windchill of -30. By 7 a.m. on the first day of 2018, temperatures will have fallen to -15 with a wind chill of -35.
