Mortgage advisor attributes record-low rates to coronavirus pandemic

On Friday, for the first time in nearly 50 years of record-keeping, the average rate on a 30-year fixed rate mortgage fell below 3% — great news for people looking to refinance or buy a home.

Kevin Doran sat down with Conor Hesch, a mortgage advisor at Bell Mortgage, to talk about how uncertainty around the coronavirus pandemic is driving the changes in the housing market.
