Two people were hurt after a vehicle hit another vehicle pulling a trailer in Morrison County Friday night.

According to authorities, officers received a call at about 9:55 p.m. reporting a two-vehicle crash with injuries on 180th Street about 7 miles southwest of Randall.


Upon arrival, authorities learned 47-year-old Kurt Behsman of Randall was driving a pickup truck pulling a trailer full of hay bales in the area. The driver of a 2000 Audi A6, identified as 26-year-old Joshua Roden of Long Prairie struck the back of Behsman's trailer, according to authorities.

North Air Care transported Roden to North Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries. Roden's passenger, identified as 30-year-old Cory Stumpf of Little Falls was taken to St. Gabriel's Hospital with unknown injuries, authorities said.

Behsman and his 12-year-old passenger were not hurt.

Authorities said both vehicles and the trailer were severely damaged.

The Minnesota State Patrol and Randall Fire and Rescue also assisted at the scene.
