State patrol officers safely capture escaped dog, reopen I-94

An unusual chase occurred on Interstate 94 in Minneapolis early Friday morning.

Minnesota State Patrol officers blocked off the interstate near North 49th Street at about 1:30 a.m. to track down a dog that had escaped and was running along the interstate.
