State Patrol IDs Motorcyclist Killed in Hampton Crash

The Minnesota State Patrol has identified the motorcyclist who T-boned a car and was thrown from his bike, then died Saturday.


William Daniel Slattery, 47, of Mound, was driving that motorcycle when he hit a car driven by 19-year-old Caitlin Marie Christen that was moving southbound across Hwy. 50.

Slattery was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center where he died.

The report also notes alcohol was not a factor for Christen, and it remains unknown if Slattery had alcohol in his system. 

Slattery was not wearing a helmet according to the State Patrol.
