The Wisconsin State Patrol reports a 26-year-old St. Paul resident was arrested Sunday night on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a two-year-old child in the car.
A release states Daniel Gustav Siglin was taken to the Eau Claire County jail after a state trooper stopped to assist a motorist whose vehicle was stopped on Interstate 94 West around 10:17 p.m.
The vehicle was missing a wheel, according to the release.
The release alleges field sobriety tests were conducted and a state trooper noted "clues of impairment," leading to his arrest. An evidentiary chemical blood test was also obtained.
