A couple vehicle fires caused delays for metro area drivers Thursday morning.

KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said one vehicle fire occurred along westbound Interstate 394 past Dunwoody Avenue.

Another vehicle fire occurred along Highway 610 west of Highway 169.

Minnesota Department of Transportation officials told Smith the car was going eastbound when it crashed into the median and caught fire. Everyone in the vehicle was able to get out.
