John Elder, with the Minneapolis Police Department, said the incident occurred at about 11 a.m. at Southeast Huron Boulevard and Fulton Street Southeast.
Elder said a bicyclist was southbound on Southeast Huron Boulevard and was preparing to turn into an apartment complex. While turning, the bicyclist went into the path of a northbound vehicle.
