The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the man killed in a motorcycle crash Tuesday night as 44-year-old Philip Bartholomew Leuer of Buffalo.

A release said the crash occurred on the northbound ramp from Highway 55 to Interstate 94 in Minneapolis. The cause of death is listed as blunt force injuries.
