Buses will replace trains during a partial shutdown of the METRO Blue and Green light rail lines from 3 a.m. Sunday until 3:30 a.m. Monday.

A release from Metro Transit states the shutdown is due to scheduled maintenance. On the Green Line, buses will replace trains at the following stations: Raymond Avenue, Westgate, Prospect Park, Stadium Village, East Bank and West Bank.


On the Blue Line, the stations impacted are Franklin Avenue and Cedar-Riverside.

Several shared downtown Minneapolis stations are also included. They are: U.S. Bank Stadium, Government Plaza, Nicollett Mall, Warehouse-Hennepin Avenue and Target Field.
