Both Minneapolis and St. Paul have declared snow emergencies.

Minneapolis's snow emergency is set to go into effect Saturday night at 9 p.m. lasting until 8 p.m. Sunday night. St. Paul's snow emergency is set to begin at 9 p.m. Saturday night, day plow routes will begin at 8 a.m. Sunday morning.

Snow emergencies have also been declared for Bloomington, Brooklyn Park and Crystal among others.
