Those driving along Interstate 35W in Minneapolis were briefly delayed Thursday morning as the result of overnight flooding.
KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said southbound lanes of the interstate past Interstate 94 were temporarily reduced to one lane due to flooding.

Crews were able to clear the lanes by about 7 a.m.

Meanwhile, Smith said traffic was moving swiftly along Interstate 494 after the ramp from Maxwell Avenue to the interstate reopened earlier this week.
