It was good news for drivers in St. Paul Monday morning after Interstate 94 reopened.

KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said the westbound side of the interstate reopened on time after it was closed from Interstate 35E to Highway 280 this weekend.

Smith also said Interstate 35W reopened Monday morning after an overnight closure but reminded drivers the southbound ramp to 46th Street will remain closed for the next month.

Meanwhile, Smith warned drivers of a crash with injuries that was delaying traffic on Highway 169 near Shakopee Monday morning.

Smith said the highway's left lane was closed near Highway 41.

Additionally, Smith said there were major traffic delays in Elk River due to stoplight outages along Highway 10.

Smith said eastbound Highway 10 traffic was being detoured to 165th Avenue, then to Jarvis Street, before returning to Highway 10. The stoplights at 171st Avenue were also out as a result, Smith said.

The eastbound side of Highway 10 reopened just before 7:30 a.m. but Smith said delays continued.
