Wet roads, lingering fog to complicate Wednesday AM commute

Freezing drizzle on roads and lingering fog Wednesday morning could make for a slower commute.

Meteorologist Sam Ryan, filling in for Traffic Reporter Josie Smith, said many metro area roads were wet and a little slick Wednesday morning.

Ryan said a spinout occurred at southbound Interstate 94 near Lowry Avenue.

Meanwhile, Meteorologist Wren Clair said a dense fog advisory was expected to be in effect until 1 p.m. Wednesday. She said visibility could decrease to under a quarter mile at times.
