One person died in a crash that temporarily closed Highway 212 Monday.

According to a Minnesota State Patrol update, a 58-year-old woman driving a 2006 Buick Rendezvous was pronounced dead after her vehicle, which was traveling westbound, entered the eastbound lane of the highway west of Carver and east of Cologne and struck another vehicle.
