A motorcyclist died in a crash that involved another vehicle in the Highland Park neighborhood Wednesday. 

According to the St. Paul Police Department, at about 11 a.m., officers responded to the intersection of Ford Parkway and Cleveland Avenue on a report of a crash with injuries. The crash involved a vehicle and motorcycle.

When authorities arrived, they found a man in his 40s who was "gravely" injured. Officers rendered aid, secured the scene and called for medics. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. 

Police are still processing the scene and investigating. The driver of the vehicle was not hurt, authorities said.
