If you're driving in from greater Minnesota to the Minnesota State Fair, be ready to see plenty of construction cones along the way.

Along I-35 in Hinckley, a bridge painting project is underway at Highway 48. Lane restrictions will be in place in both directions until mid-September.

In Aitken County, a resurfacing project is underway along Highway 65 between Ball Bluff and Sandy River. The roadway is down to one lane, but is expected to wrap up by the end of this month.

In southwest Minnesota, a 16-mile stretch of Interstate 90 is down to one lane between Blue Earth and Fairmont. Just yesterday, the ramp from I-90 westbound to Highway 15 near Fairmont closed. It will reopen in about three weeks.
