Lane closures are underway along two segments of I-94, northwest of the Twin Cities. Crews are in the process of resurfacing a 15-mile stretch between Garfield and Evansville. The roadway is down to one lane in both directions until this fall. Up ahead in Fergus Falls, the westbound side of I-94 is reduced to one lane for bridge repairs. Last summer, a high-load vehicle struck the bridges along Otter Tail County 1 and 15. The repairs are expected to be complete in the next week or so.
