Coco, Bee & Nut

In 2016, Kathryn Nelson started the company Coco, Bee & Nut because she was having a hard time finding a lower carb breakfast cereal. That summer she baked in her home and started selling it at Farmers Markets. Now all five flavors of Coco, Bee & Nut can be found at Lunds & Byerly’s, Mississippi Markets, Lakewinds & Seward Co-ops, and online here. Ten percent of Coco, Bee & Nuts’s net sales are donated to charity.
