Floral Gimlet

2 oz Dampfwerk crane gin
¾ oz lime juice
¾ oz simple syrup

shake on ice
Strain

Barreled Apple Old Fashioned

2 oz Dampfwerk barreled apple brandy
¼ oz maple syrup
2 dashes of angostura bitters

Stir
Orange peel garnish

Alpine liquer
Dampfwerk single malt whiskey
sweet vermouth
toasted sesame syrup
smoked vanilla saline
