Best Apple Cake


3 C. flour
1½ C. sugar
½ C. *Raven’s Original Mulling Spices
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
3 large eggs, beaten
½ C. *Vanilla EVOO
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 C. peeled, finely chopped apples
½ C. Apple Juice


1 C. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1-2 Tbsp. *Apple Balsamic vinegar


  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, Mulling spices, soda and salt
  2. Make a well in the center and set aside
  3. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, oil, apple juice and vanilla
  4. Stir in apples
  5. Add the egg mixture to dry ingredients, just until moistened
  6. Spread batter in a prepared 9 x 13-inch pan
  7. Bake at 350˚F. for 45-50 minutes
  8. Allow cake to completely cool
  9. Mix glaze together and drizzle over the cake
  10. Serve
