Wolves Monday Shootaround Report: Butler, Bjelica Injury Updates, Playing With More Discipline

December 18, 2017 06:00 PM

The Wolves finish a five-game homestand on Monday vs. Portland. If the playoffs started today -- ha!! -- the Wolves and Blazers would meet in the first round.

At 17-13, the Wolves are the 4th-best team in the West. However, they have also played one of the easiest schedules to date. Tonight starts a stretch of five of eight opponents with records above .500. Portland is one-half game back of the Wolves at 16-13.

Forward Jimmy Butler (back) is good to go, while forward Nemanja Bjelica (foot) is still a week away, per coach Tom Thibodeau.
