Vikings welcome back Barr, Stephen

The Minnesota Vikings officially welcomed back linebacker Anthony Barr and defensive lineman Shamar Stephen Thursday afternoon in Eagan.

Barr returns to the Vikings after flirting with a free agent deal with the New York Jets.

"The bonds I've made with my friends, teammates and coaches are unbreakable," Barr said on Thursday. "This is where my heart was."

Stephen returns to Minnesota after one season with the Seattle Seahawks. He was originally a 7th round draft pick of the Vikings in 2014.
