Twins saying all the right things heading into must-win Game 3 vs. Yankees

The Twins' clubhouse will be closed pre-game Monday, but was open on Sunday afternoon, and a handful of players met with reporters. The Twins face a must-win Game 3 vs. New York Monday night at Target Field.

To a man, guys said that Jake Odorizzi is the pitcher they want on the mound in a win-or-go-home scenario. Odorizzi has made 17 starts in his career vs. the Yankees with a 4.71 earned run average and 20 homers allowed in 99.1 innings. This year he had one great start vs. the Yankees in the Bronx, and one poor one at Target Field.

Luis Severino starts Game 3 for New York with first pitch at 7:40 p.m. Central.
