The Twins begin a six-game homestand Monday vs. the White Sox, and KSTP Sports was in the clubhouse pregame.

Monday begins a stretch of 13-straight games vs. the White Sox and Tigers, two of the worst teams in the American League. In other words, it's an opportunity for the Twins to potentially stretch their 2.5 game lead over the Indians in the Central.

Themes from the clubhouse Monday include the return of DH Nelson Cruz, the recently competed 5-1 road trip, the stretch of the next two weeks against two bad teams, and more.

With Cruz back, reliever Zack Littell, maybe surprisingly, was optioned back to AAA-Rochester.
