Wolves Boss Thibodeau Talks Beginning the Season, New Faces, and Butler

The Minnesota Timberwolves head coach and president of basketball operations, Tom Thibodeau, spoke with the media following a team practice Tuesday afternoon at Mayo Clinic Square in downtown Minneapolis.

Thibodeau spoke about what the goals of the preseason are, his main points of emphasis right now, how the new faces on the team are acclimating to the Timberwolves, how to improve defensively, what the presence of Jeff Teague brings to the team, what Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins have shown in taking leadership of the team, and gives a Jimmy Butler update.

The Wolves play at the Bucks on Friday in their last preseason game before opening the season next Wednesday at San Antonio.
