Former Gophers DT Steven Richardson Looking Forward to Starting NFL Career

Former Gophers defensive tackle Steven Richardson is hoping to hear his name called during this weekend's NFL Draft. If it isn't, he'll sign with a team as a free agent soon after.

KSTP Sports recently caught up with Richardson to talk about the pre-draft process and the teams showing interest.

Richardson recently worked out for the Bears, and has received interest from the 49ers, Steelers, and Seahawks.

Richardson was a four year contributor for the Gophers, anchoring the defensive line.
