St. Thomas Academy shuts out Apple Valley 28-0

St. Thomas Academy improved to 4-0 this season with a 28-0 win over Apple Valley Friday night in Mendota Heights.

After a scoreless 1st quarter, the Cadets got on the scoreboard when Baker Reding connected with Joe Deyek for an 86-yard touchdown to make it 7-0 in the 2nd quarter. Gabe Sirek ran one in from 5-yards out to give St. Thomas Academy a 14-0 halftime lead.


Neither team scored in the 3rd quarter, but Danny McFadden and Love Adebayo each had rushing touchdowns in the 4th quarter for the Cadets.
