Pateryn Agrees to Three-Year Deal with Wild

Veteran defenseman Greg Pateryn agreed to a three-year, $6.75 million contract with the Minnesota Wild on Sunday.

Pateryn, 28, enters his sixth season in the NHL and record 13 points and 50 penalty minutes in 73 games with the Dallas Stars during the 2017-18 season.

The right-shot defenseman has collected 29 points, 115 PIM, 285 blocked shots and 374 hits in 167 career NHL games during parts of five seasons with Montreal and Dallas.
