Notre Dame comes from behind to beat Gophers 3-2

Colin Theisen scored two goals as Notre Dame came back from a two-goal deficit to beat the Gophers men's hockey team 3-2 Friday night at 3M Arena at Mariucci.

First period goals from Brannon McManus and Nathan Burke had the Gophers ahead 2-0, but Theisen and Cam Burke scored goals for the Fighting Irish in the second period to tie the game at 2-2.


Theisen scored his second goal of the game 8:01 into the third period to give Notre Dame the win.
