Homecoming King: Former Minnetonka HS Star, Eagles DT Beau Allen Super Bowl Champ

Former Minnetonka high school star and Eagles defensive tackle Beau Allen is a Super Bowl champion.

KSTP Sports caught up with him and his parents late Sunday on the field at U.S. Bank Stadium, and in the locker room.

Allen was a 7th round pick by the Eagles in 2014 after playing for Wisconsin. He chose the Badgers in 2010 over offers from Minnesota, Notre Dame, and others.

Even as a late round pick, Allen has continued to impress the Eagles, and was a constant along the defensive line all season.

Allen will be in-demand starting next month, as he's a free agent.
